Who we are​

• artKids is an after-school art and drawing program that focuses on building children's drawing and observational skills - the fundamentals of all art-making - in a fun, supportive, confidence-building environment.
   

• artKids teaches children there are no mistakes or flops in art, only 'flopportunities'! By adding, deleting or re-imagining their art, children learn how to solve problems using creative-thinking skills, much sought-after in today's workplace. All Term After-School Class locations here...

Why choose artKids​

• Our classes are held onsite or at a nearby hall - there is no need for parents to collect children and ferry them to another location. External students can also attend classes.

• Our classes are artist-led and assisted by keen art and design students.

• We provide afternoon tea - no need to remember to pack extra food for your child.

• All materials used in our classes are included with the fee - no hidden extras and nothing to bring to class except enthusiasm.

• Our teachers are passionate about sharing their love of art with your children.

• Make-up lessons available if you miss a class due to illness - either at another onsite location or at our Turner-based artKids Studio space.

Class times and fees​​

• Our terms run in line with school terms.

• Class runs 3 - 5 pm (or equivalent for schools with different finish times).

• Fees are $41 per session, payable by term, and includes all materials used in class and GST.

• Sibling discounts available.

• Once-off paid trial class available at $41 for all artKids classes ($28 for 1 hr Saturday Juniors; $45 for artTeens).

• Payment is by direct debit or fortnightly instalment payments.
